OK.....but
Having stayed at the ISIS Sathorn several times we changed hotels, to Mybed and found the size of the room to be very small, and on opening the blinds found ourself looking at a blank wall! And the breakfast menu....Thai style....really??? El-cheapo actually. We walked down the soi 100m and got Amazon coffee and a real Thai breakfast! Oh well, back to the ISIS for the next visit in May.

I use My Bed a lot when I come to Bangkok,a good situation and only a short taxi ride to Silom area and it’s amenities, always a god price,so, no complaints!

Good Value for What You Pay
It is a very cute and small hotel. The rooms are modest, but very nice for the low cost. It is located down a quiet street with lots of different shops and vendors. It is close to a police station, which is comforting if you are a solo traveller. The Chong Nonsi BTS (Sky train) station is a bit of a walk from the hotel, but it is a very direct route down main roads and easy to find. It's a nice distance if you like to go for walks. The staff are very polite and speak enough English. The complimentary breakfast includes toast, coffee, and, if you make it down early enough, some fruit.

Nice hotel
Though it looked so small from the outside, it was really comfortable. Staffs were nice and caring. I had a car accident right in front of the hotel. The staff came right off and trying to help with calm personality. It also helped me calm down as well. Just a little bit of a complains that is the parking they had was too small.

Nice budget hotel in busy Sathorn area
It's quite some walking distance from the main street Sathorn, on a local lane with a small local open market nearby. This busy traffic lane called Soi Suan Phlu may look dangerous in the dark but it is not. I walk alone and see people around, as well as many CCTVs everywhere. Also, police station, immigration police office, and a post office are on this lane. Lots of good local street food surround this area and some choices of fine dining, including upscale hotel restaurants near the Main Street. Note that parking is almost impossible. It's not close to skytrain or subway so prepare for about 1 Km walk. Motorbike taxi or public minibus are great to try too. Hotel is easy to find and very nice and clean. Rooms come with a simple bread-n-butter breakfast on a buffet table in the common area. Hallway has good ventilation and no bad smell. Shower is very good - hot water works well with good water power; I stayed on the 4th floor. Bedding is super comfy. Room size is small but not bad, equipped with a small fridge, an open closet, tv, table and a chair, a safety box and some space for luggages. Staff are helpful and friendly too. Well, in short, it's a great deal and I'll return!

Noisey. I like this hotel, it's great value and clean and it's in a buzzy local , but easy enough to get to more upmarket and shopping areas. But having stayed here before, this time the hotel didn't control noisily guests. High marks for sheets, blackout curtains , air con and fridge in room

Overall, Good stay at Backpackers budget ;)
We stayed for 6 nights, speedy check-in & check-out, hotel located at convenient location - taxis easily available. Housekeeping service daily, clean linens & toiletries were provided. Only thing which was off in our stay that washroom were not very cleaned daily. Rest a very peaceful stay.

There are two BTS and MRT stations with in walking
A good budget hotel which offers clean, comfortable rooms. Hotel is located in Sathorn, the area is a bit away from the tourist hangouts of Sukhumvit , but on the upside the night life has more local flavour to it.

I didn't like not having a window in our room. Found a few fleas in our bathroom but they could've come in on us from the street. The room was small, but comfortable, modern and quiet. Had to get up early so missed out on free breakfast. The guest service was wonderful although English was lacking - but hey.. you're in Thailand! We liked the neighbourhood, but definitely far from the BTS (10-15 min walk). Lots of food, massage and shopping nearby.

Very good.
New small hotel in a very nice area. 10 min to BRT, 15-20 minutes walk to MRT or BTS. Nice, comfortable and quiet rooms. Wi-fi was stable and fast. Check in was easy and friendly. Lots of restaurants around. Laundry 5 minutes walk on Soi 8.

Not close to BTS or MRT, but it is clean small hotel. Nearest BTS/MRT is about 35 minutes walk, 7-11 store is half block away

Overall a good value for the money.
I have stayed at this hotel many times and have always enjoyed it, but this is the first time that I have complaints about my stay. I have repeatedly told this hotel I want non-smoking rooms and it was very evident someone had been smoking in this room, a burn on the desk and the bathroom smelled like smoke. Also, this was the first time that I checked in and the room was not totally cleaned. The staff hadn't removed all of the garbage from the previous guest which made me wonder if all the linen had been changed or not. Normally, I have a great experience at this hotel. If this becomes a trend I will definitely let the community know.

I have stayed at this hotel quite a few times now. I always have a very nice stay here. The staff is very helpful and friendly. The rooms are usually clean and the beds are comfortable. Taxis, buses, and the songtaew trucks all run in front of the hotel so transportation is no problem. This hotel is a bargain for this area of Bangkok.

Perfect budget hotel but atrocious internet
This is a perfect budget hotel for anyone traveling on a budget... It scores high... however if you need a proper internet connection, run for cover, surfing will get you stuck for hours on your laptop. I have not experienced similar poor connection in any other budget hotels in Bangkok. Even more strange that it is hard to stumble on a poor connection anywhere else in Bangkok. This is the fourth (and last) time in this hotel as obviously it is hopeless. Since this is a new hotel, you would have thought that this is something that would get fixed... but this is obviously a permanent fixture. If you do not need internet, then this budget hotel is highly recommended for the friendliness of the staff and the overall high quality of the room provided.

good location despite 15-20 walk to nearest bts/mrt. 3 7-eleven within 200m area. plenty of food stalls along the street. morning market nearby. must eat chicken rice stall just after the hotel at night. daily housekeeping make up room. free flow coffee all day. when take taxi driver, just mention immigration bureau, Sathorn. or take picture of the nearby police station, immigration bureau or post office and show them. you don't expect taxi driver to know thousands of hotel in Bangkok.

Although I only stayed for one night, the hotel was clean and modern. Although quite a walk from the nearest BTS/MRT stations, it would only cost 30 baht on a motorbike. Would definitely stay here again. Good value for money.

Very good budget hotel
Mybed Sathorn is very much a budget business hotel, it has the corporate feel and aesthetic about. On check in the staff were polite and helpful as they were throughout all my encounters with them during my 3 night stay. The room came with complimentary bottles of water which were replenished everyday throughout my stay. My room on the 5th floor was small but sufficient for one person just sleeping and showering in it. The decore was of a minimalist grey colour, corporate in style and tone so no offensive garish colours on wall or covering the bed. The room had a flat screen TV and empty, clean, fridge - just how I like a hotel fridge so I can store my water. Cannot comment on TV as don't watch them. The room was generally clean, felt the bathroom sink basin could have been cleaner on arrival and it was not cleaned during my stay. Also, there was an incredible amount of hair and dust all over the floor which bothered me massively. In fairness I didn't mention this to the staff as i didn't think it was that bad until i returned to tne room for my first night and it really bothered me. I found a floor sweeper and used it every evening throughout my stay. I did notice that the dirt i swept into the corridors was not swept away... I found the aircon troublesome in that it was either blasting out uncomfortably cold air or, you'd roast in the room on the hot moist Bangkok evenings; couldn't find a comfortable cool setting on aircon
