We spent 3 nights at this hotel. The hotel was beautiful with Chao Phraya river view. Room was clean and nice. Breakfast was ok. In a walking distance to ICONSIAM and the pier for water taxi. The area around the hotel was safe.

The hotel was peaceful with amazing pool, located right on the river a few minutes walk to Icon Siam. Friendly and welcoming staff as well as clean and great room with fantastic river views as we were on the 7th floor. Good breakfast and a local store right in the hotel made our stay happy and easy.

Nice hotel
Nice hotel and enjoyed the stay. Unfortunately there was maintenance work being carried out which resulted in drilling noise during the day. This was not mentioned during booking.

Breakfast meal in the hotel should be improved. 1st no ice water or juice serving, only have coffee. 2nd bread and croissant have low quality and tasteless. 3rd rice soup should not be served with squid. (Normally prefer to have pork, chicken, fish or prawn. 4th Thai food are oily and no variety.

Well, I had some issues to begin with and the hotel was very quick to address and resolve as best as possible. It is a somewhat strange location that makes it a little difficult to transportation but some is more the outside Bolt and Taxi issues other than the hotel. I had mentioned in previous review no English language channel on TV and staff set TV to an English channel while I was away. There is an English Channel but it is a Christian Broadcast channel. As I wasn't there for TV it was okay. Overall Breakfast was good but certainly geared toward an Asian Clientele. Not used to spaghetti for breakfast but enough choices I was satisfied except the Coffee. Easy access to Iconsiam which is huge Mall with many eating and shopping choices.

Great Hotel by the river in Bangkok
We stayed here four nights at the end of May 2023. This hotel is like an oasis in the middle of Bangkok. The pool is very well situated, clean and accessible. Thier is a restaurant that serves a good breakfast and great meals all day (a choice of Thai and western food). Was great to be able to come back from a long day and get some food and a cocktail. Lek massage is avaiavle on-site. Very well priced, we used this service every day. Our room was very clean and spacious. Excellent value for money. Amenties supplied daily. The staff st the front desk were very helpful. There is a train station on the gold line a few minutes walk. Also close to a large shopping center. We will stay here again when we come back to Bangkok.

The room layout may not be exactly as pictured from the official photos. I booked “Superior River View” room because I saw in the photos that the bed is facing the balcony and you can see the river from the bed. But, I was assigned a different layout with a partial river view with the balcony on the side. The river was mostly obscured by the pool and the other hotel building. When I relayed my concern to the front desk, they said I had the correct room and for some reason even insisted that I had the “better” layout. They told me many guests did not like the bed facing the balcony. I did not really appreciate how my request was handled the first day. I relayed my request again the next day and one of the staff Easter was very kind and understanding and helped me changed the room. The new room was everything I wanted for my last leg of the trip in Bangkok. It was just so relaxing and lovely to take it slow and watch the boats going back and forth on the river from the bed.

Fabulous EXCEPT the bathroom!
Lovely hotel, spotlessly clean. Friendly staff, super pool with lots of beds in sun and shade. Breakfast was one of the best in a hotel we've had. Choices are wide and the hot food varies each day. Walking distance to Iconsiam mall, many street food stalls, few restaurants, a 7-11. Cost us under 600 THB from BKK airport using Grab. Room was nice, beds were comfy. BUT the bathroom sliding doors are a bizarre (awful) design, that simply doesn't work well. You cannot close them quietly and they open from the wrong side so you need to open them fully, leaning over the marble effect full bathroom top to open it. Really dumb design. Also our shower was really weak. Such a shame!
