The property is right next to the BTS train so you can go to a lot of places with haveing to use a cab

Excellent!
Perfect location, just meters from BTS Surasak. Second stay on this trip. Large clean, modern room with unobstructed view. Quiet. 7/11 at the corner. Will return.

The hotel very near to BTS and very comfort go around with BTS. Hotel very clean and the staff quite helpfull. Just the aircon not functioning very well.

Location Rules!
Located off the main road and difficult to locate the first time. However, it is an excellent location most convenient to BTS Surasak. Older property yet very clean and secure. Staff are accommodating. Breakfast is standard western made to order. There are a few asstd street food vendors 1 minute away but close down by 8pm.

Loacation convenient for transportation. For the amount paid, the room is better than expected and the breakfast good. The only downside is the 500 Bahts deposit requested.

Wam place in the hotel.
The hotel is close to bts but it's super warm in the room as the air con is not working well. we have tune it to 18 degree but it's still so warm... god help us in our future booking.

Room for improvment
Check in was not the greatest! Guy at reception needs to improve. No smile just direct. Not sort of things you except in a hotel. Girls at reception always smiled and welcomed us any time we passed by. Room was good. Amenities good. Close to everything. Had an issue at check out where my room door was blocked and i could not get inside. Electronic key not working even changed it twice. Even the staff key was not working and we had to catch a plane and pack up. This eventually made us lose a lot of time which was very frustrating. Spoke to the manager who offered us a free taxi ride to the airport. Thank you for that. Breakfast at the hotel is limited to two choice. Sandwich or egg, bread and sausaage. Overall good stay but could improve on check in and one staff in particular. Always smile and deliver!

Good place, bad agency service
Bad was the booking through hotels.com. There was an extra charge almost doubling the room price for 3rd person, which the manager at the hotel said should not have been charged, as our daughter is 4 years only and we didn't ask for an extra bed. Further, we were billed in USD although we live in Thailand, the credit card is in Thai Baht, the hotel rates are quoted in Thai Baht, and I was logged in, they should have known. The extra charge and the US$ showed up very small and just at payment, haven't seen it. Hotels.com charged US$ 30.08 additional and refunds us only US$ 25.24. I would expect a full refund of the erroneously charged amount.

The location was very convenient especially when I had appointment at a nearby hotel restaurant, the room was comfortable as usual despite I like better another room of previous stay. However, not my last time here certainly. Also satisfied with multiple TV. channels including all my favorite ones!

とにかく便利なロケーションです。 BTSスラサック駅から徒歩３分くらいの大通りからちょっと入ったところにあります。 スラサック駅から１駅のサパンタクシン駅でチャオプラヤー川のボートに乗り継げます。バンコクの観光には電車とボートの両方を乗りこなすのが重要だと思うので、その両方に便利なこのホテルは オススメです。 ホテルの部屋はとても広く、バスルームはシャワーブースとバスタブが別々で、お湯をためてのんびりできました。冷蔵庫では氷も作れたのでペットボトルを丸ごと凍らせて持ち歩けました。 規模が小さめなホテルですがちゃんと24時間フロントスタッフがいるので早朝の出発にも対応してくれて安心でした。 周辺にお店はあまりありませんが、ファミリーマートと地元の食堂と屋台がいくつか、そして炭火焼きチキンが美味しいレストランが１軒あります。

Residence old rooms but clean
Pay for what you got. Excellent location near BTS. It's not an hotel but an old residence. The bed is extremely firm, you can feel the table underneath the mattress. Furniture very old, overall clean. Cheap hotel for low cost.holiday. My room didn't have the curtains so woke up from the sunshine.

늦은밤 태국에 도착하여 잠만 잘 분이면 추천
공항에서 늦게 도착해서 하룻밤 잠만 자고 넘어가기에는 나쁘지 않은 숙소지만 오래 머물 숙소는 아닙니다. 일단 청소를 깨끗이 해주지 않고, 서비스 수준도 서비스하고 할 만한 게 없어요. 간단히 조식을 주지만 싸구려 식빵 두쪽과 계란프라이, 소시지 2개 햄 한 개가 전부예요. 장점은 수라삭bts에서 가깝다는 점! 그랜드 이스틴 가기 전에 간단히 씻고 잠만 잘 분에게만 추천합니다.

เราพักที่นี่ 3 วันก่อนกลับต่างประเทศ และเรามาเที่ยวไทยก็มาพักที่นี่ประจำมาก แต่เจอประสบการณ์ไม่ดีคือ เราแจ้งตั้งแต่วันแรกที่มาเหยียบโรงแรมว่า เราต้องการพักล่วงเวลาของวันสุดท้าย ออกหลัง 18 นาฬิกา เพราะเราบินกลับต่างประเทศ ตอนเที่ยงคืน พนักงานก็รับทราบแล้ว แล้วบอกว่าเราต้องเสีย 500 บาท ค่าล่วงเวลา เราก็โอเค แต่พอถึงวันจริง ไม่มีคนโทรแจ้ง ว่าไม่ได้ เราเอ๊ะใจตอน 11.40 น. เลยโทรไปถาม พนักงานบอกว่า เราต้องออกก่อน เที่ยง คืออะไร ? เราต้องออกเดี๋ยวนั้น พนักงานไม่มีการจัดการที่ดี ไม่แคร์ลูกค้า ไม่สนลูกค้า แล้วก็เรื่องรถแท็กซี่ เราแจ้งว่าเราต้องการแท็กซี่ ไปส่งสุวรรณภูมิ ทางโรงแรมแจ้ง 500 บาท เราบอกหักจากมัดจำ แต่พอเกิดเรื่องให้เราออก เราเลยบอกงั้นช่วยเปลี่ยนไปโรงแรมแถวสุวรรณภูมิแทนแล้วกัน เราจองไว้เมื้อกี้แล้ว พนักงานบอกว่า ทางโรงแรมไม่มีนโยบายส่งนอกสถานที่ ถ้าต้องการไปนอกสถานที่ต้องออกจากซอยไปเรียกรถเอง เราตกใจมาก เราจะทำไงกระเป๋าเรา 5 ใบใหญ่ ต้องหอบไปเรียกหน้าปากซอยเอง บอกเลยจะบอกลูกบอกหลาน บอกเพื่อนว่าอย่ามาพักที่นี่อีก เสียความรู้สึกมาก ทั้งที่มาพักที่นี่ประจำ ไม่คิดว่าจะโดนแบบนี้ คิดดูถ้าเป็นชาวต่างชาติ โดนแบบเรา เขาจะทำยังไง
