Dear Mr.Hartman,We thank you very much for your staying with us yesterday.We are regret to learn that your staying with us did not meet your satisfaction.Please give us an opportunity to explain for your kind understanding 1.Room charge base on room type - Deluxe room with Room Only Plan which is clearly specific in Expedia so you would know this rate type since you made the booking that the Room Only means without Transportation and breakfast.2.When you called to the hotel yesterday, we have already informed you that the rate was excluding transportation service.3.Kindly note that your booking was refundable and it was Hotel Collect Payment so we respect your decision if you cancel the booking at that time and your annoyance would not happen. 4.We have upgraded you to stay at Executive Room so the room is bigger than normal room type and this is the privilege for the guest who booked with us in Refundable plan.5.Even though our breakfast start at 08.00 am and you left 07.00 am so one of our executive prepare coffee with our home made almond croissant just want you to have small breakfast before leaving and this service was preparing to express our warm hospitality to you without ask anything and the fact that rate was exclude breakfast but we still prepared for you !! Unfortunately, you informed her that you were allergic with all croissants and bread and you could not take it at all. Due to the limitation of time as the taxi was on the way so we did not have enough time to offer anything to you. 6.We sorry to learn that our bed did not match with your personal taste! Due to the majority of our guests stay with us and come back time to time as they love our bed and pillows and they can have deep long sleep with the utmost comfortable. 7.We do our best to fulfill the utmost satisfaction to all our beloved guest and we can accept all complaints if it is our guilty. Thank you for your kind review and surprisingly with your comment that our pictures did not match actual description as we are assured that all our photos are real with fact and we never ever received such this comment before. We are also clearly stated that our hotel is in the middle of nowhere in our website so all our lovely clients can know this information before making reservation. Our courtyard garden and salted pool are activities that our clients love to do for the relaxation before making further trip and if someone is looking for shopping area or nightlife we are not the choice.
