near to the wet market just across the road which you can get snack n dry goods, Also near to the BCS mall just across the road. outside there are also a few massage place

Staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean with a great view. easy walking to bcs and grand batam mall. The breakfast buffet was good but could use to change selections every couple of days. I had a very pleasant stay. Thankyou so much. I will stay again soon with my family.

Stayed at new wing of Batam City Hotel. Walking distance to most of the eateries I wanted to go to. Most importantly, it is just next to the massage parlour I enjoyed going to. A big place and its clean. Nearby a very big shopping mall

Resort is old and run down Water sports? Dont bother as the water is dirty ATV? What terrain are you talking about? Just some flat dirt track Hotel pool is murky Food is decent though, staff are friendly
