I booked for a courtyard view, the room they gave me doesn’t have a view at all. The room is not clean enough. The food is ok. But the staff are really nice and polite.

Pleasant stay!
Rooms is spacious n clean, value for money, and they provide shuttle service to Nagoya Mall, it takes approx. 13 mins by foot.

I like the breakfast most and dislikes about only 2 smaller water bottles provide for 24hrs. When i was requested to cleaning staff to give 1 more bottle then they couldn't give.

Hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. However, my room’s door was spoilt and not able to read my key’s card. So I am not able to go into the room with the key. I need to get them to use their key to open my door whenever I need to go in. Not able to change room because no more rooms available. One of the floor’s tile was a bit uneven, I nearly trip and fell down. The room was a bit dirty and old. Overall experience a little below average, 2 out of 5 stars.

Spend a little more, it'll be worth it.
10/10 would not book. There were barely any tourists here. Despite having better rooms, I was assigned rooms with windows facing the air-conditioning compressor of the adjacent building. My room's tap was broken. My friend's room had the toilet spray leaking. Which eventually left a drainage-equavilent stench. Area is full of touts, ghost grab drivers, prostitutes and pick pockets. While the hotel staff were very polite, it was getting increasingly frustrating to have rooms cards that were deactivated, and having to visit the front counter to reactivate. Two times everyday.

Nagoya One Hotel (20th - 21st May 2017)
Overall, hotel stay is good & comfortable. Room is spacious & clean. I stayed ground level but it's away from main lobby & other facilities. Staff is polite, approachable & ready 2 serve. What I like most about this hotel is it is secluded away from main road. Quiet & cosy. They even have a long term package 4 long term stay visitors (minimum 7 nights). A good 3-star hotel. I would definitely stay @ Nagoya One hotel again.

Cheap good hotel near shopping if you can walk
The hotel staff at the reception are some of the most unfriendly people I've met in Batam. They were curt and unfriendly, and when we requested to leave our bags after checkout so we could walk around after checking out, they didn't even help us, just pointed to an unsecured corner beside the reception to leave our bags there. Security guard and hotel driver were friendly and helpful. Room was spacious, all the basic necessities were there. Toilet was clean with hot water. Didn't dare to use the cups and kettle as it was dirty. OK for overnight stay.

Aside for the affordable price, Overall stay was satisfactory. Room was only relatively clean however the room cleanliness could be improved. The aircon was giving us alot of problems as it automatically shuts off every 2 hour despite our checking that there wasn't any timer set and we had to wake up every two hours to turn it back on again. It was a very disrupted sleep for that just one night. We're lucky that we're only there for a night.

Hotel was very near to the bar areas, street food and as well as the shopping mall. Staff are very welcoming. The only thing has to be improved would be cleanliness. Also one issue i had that dissapointed me was the food order. According to the menu in my room was stated as 24 hour. I am pregnent and was hungry at about 11pm. So i called to order my food. Amd was only inform 30min later that the chef wont be able to cook because he needed to prepare for breakfast for the next day. With no choice i when to bed hungry. Thankfully my husband did grab 2 donuts. Had abit of that.

Was stay on 12 July 2016, 2 nights. My room is Deluxe type. Everything is good, air cond, bed, toilet.. Breakfast for me not so tasty, fried noodle and rice is so so, i just ate toast bread with butter and pineapple jam. Staff very friendly. Quite fast their wifi. Free shuttle van to Nagoya Hill hypermarket. Near by hotel nothing, only got few kareoke, local grocery store, local food shop.. I paid IDR 290k for room per night.

Discourage To Book This Hotel
They did not issue me extra ticket for breakfast for 2nd day and they are unable to give me any refund because of their mistake. The internet is really bad, keep need to request them to restart the modem to use the internet connection. One of our room 309 have locking issue and we need them to fix the door. The room toilet flood all over the floor, uneven pressure on the shower. The water pressure will suddenly gush out alot to the extend it flip all over the place and fall off. Breakfast fried maggie - strong maggie spice taste chilli egg potato chicken - very hard and dry

Very bad experience
The hotel is full of mosquitos, so bad that I have literally beg the reception staff to force somebody go spray the toilet. The breakfast is just cramb, it would been better they don't even offer breakfast free to their guest. Is not worth waisting your time wake up from bed to waist your time with what they called breakfast with very very limited option. There is nothing good about this hotel, in very dark snd serene environment and the hotel itself is dirty. Rooms dirty, just crazy to go back there. And if this post is not seen online to other customers. Then I think hotel.com is playing games with customers by hiding real reviews that help customers decide where to stay. Please publish this as headline. This hotel should be rated 1.
