"Stunning place for an escape from hcmc"

"Hotellet ligger alt for langt fra tingene. Der er ingen by v. hotellet. Nærmeste by ligger 23 km væk, og den er ikke interessant. Vi valgte at rejse før tid. Personalet er søde, men forstår meget dårligt engelsk, og kunne ikke rigtigt hjælpe med mulighederne uden for hotellet. "

"When we check in the staff didnt come with us and show us where the room is. The room dont have the list of items. After that when we check out they said they lost the dish in room , but when we come in doesn't have any dish in the kitchen."

"Hele nette en mooie accommodatie op een mooie locatie en voldoende mogelijkheden met activiteiten. Nadeel is dat het eten wat in het restaurant aan het strand geserveerd wordt ergens anders wordt klaargemaakt. Dit komt de kwaliteit en de representatie niet ten goede. "

"I've booked and paid in advance for a room with sea view but instead we got a room that faces the garden. Had to complain with them to get them to change. No big deal except it already ruined my vacation mood. The front desk staff speaks minimum English and the rest of the staff does not speak English at all. Foreigner beware! The room is actually quite nice and big. All basic amenities included. AC working and clean sheets. The beach is poorly maintained. i know the hotel had no control...

"this is the kind of place where you come for the first time not knowing what to expect but will never return. Unprofessional staff from reception to restaurant’s servers. "

"The hotel rooms are very nice, large and spacious, ever room has a nice balcony and the property has beutiful tropical plants and flowers every where. Swing pool is small but nice. The sunrise in the morning is very nice the place is quiet and serene. The staff is very kind and always smiling. However few things that are a disappointing is that the bathroom are very basic infact ugly, almost like staying in a hostel. The food needs improvement as it lacks authenticity and character. The beach...

"A disappointing stay and far out from Mui Ne. On the internet this hotel looked very promising. We chose it due to its beach location, sea view room, the tennis court and pool. We struggled to speak with staff. Unfortunately we don't speak Vietnamese and they don't speak English. We couldn't read the menus (no pictures) and couldn't ask anyone. Our room was a sea view room (more expensive than the other rooms), however the large window looking out to the sea I can only assume hasn't been cleaned...

"If you need a really peaceful place distant from noisy tourist centers this resort is just for you. It is a little far from main tourist roads, shops, etc. So if you want to go to Mui Ne or Phan Thiet you need to take a bus or taxi. Please note the resort is divided to 2 parts by the main road. If you want to stay near the sea choose a bungalow. Main building, restaurant and reception are across the main road. The restaurant is excellent."
