"It was my first solo trip & I was definitely very nervous going into this because the reviews were half & half BUT, I absolutely loved everything about CitizenM! Checking in was easy, the room was so cozy, I loved that everything was controlled by the iPad & there was security there every time I entered and exited the building. I’d 100% recommend this place & when I come back to LA, I will be staying here again!"

"I like the condition however to pay 75.00 for valet and on the other side there is no in and out just 24 dollars. Just not right the bed was winderful. The service when i call back about anproblem was un acceptable."

"The room was great. There was just a strange smell in the bathroom when I first arrived. It was the first time I had a need and used mailroom services to accept a couple of packages as I traveled; everything went very well - received my packages in good condition and was able to retrieve them from the staff with minimal effort. Digital check-in and check-out worked seamlessly. In-room food service was quick, delicious, and piping hot. I felt relaxed and well cared for. "

"Close to LAX but not noisy. Great shuttle and hotel service. Bed was comfortable. Rinaldos was a 2 minute walk for a light breakfast but no shopping centre nearby."
