Many things not working: no television, minimum kitchen in suites. No heat whatsoever: Bogota is often cold and heat is needed. Breakfast staff is good but breakfast minimal and poor: no cut fruit, no cereal or milk, no yogurt, no butter. NOT a good breakfast as advertised. "

"My stay at the Hyatt was excellent! I arrived earlier than expected after a lengthy flight, and the staff immediately offered me an early check-in, which I truly appreciated. The fresh coffee in the early morning was wonderful, and the breakfast bar was especially enjoyable. Luz Dary provided amazing service and made the experience even more welcoming. 8/10 Good
"Great for a couple of nights stay-over close to the airport. Comfortable bed, small TV. Restaurant on the property not great, had a burger one night, chicken wrap the other night. I'd rate those 5/10. Luckily there is an excellent mall (Nuestro Bogotá) minutes away for last minute purchases and/or food (large food court in the mall including an all you can eat Chinese). For me it wasn't obvious where to go for the complimentary shuttle from the airport to the hotel, but I might have missed it in the communications sent out. Besides that, it was indicated on the airport I found out later. I would make that info a bit clearer for future guests."
