"The lobby was always clean. Rooms were always made on time. The front desk staff were exceptionally nice and very accommodating. I hope to stay here next month!"

"The hotel is beautiful and the staff was extra lovely. Our baggage did not show up from the airport and the in-room amenities were exactly what we needed. The location of the hotel was also wonderful. We had the most amazing view. I would stay here again for sure. "

"Room was clean, nicely decorated, on the smaller side, large walk-in shower, very nice hotel, close to Clark Quay lots of restaurants, huge buffet breakfast lots of choices. "

"Great hotel with Somerset MRT directly underneath, we took a Grab on arrival £13 to hotel but going back to the airport we were well versed with using the MRT after 4x days of visiting, so we took the MRT back £2! Hotel has a great rooftop pool open till 10pm & the rooms were immaculate with daily cleaning. The hotel were aware of our birthday’s & we had a large bed decoration & treats provided for us on arrival, our hotel mirror had hand decorations/artworks from the hospitality team…. Just a fabulous experience. We ate breakfast in the shopping centre below the hotel everyday (Tim Hortin’s & bakery’s & others, there is so much choice of eating & clothes shopping if you forget anything & a 7/11 for water, juice etc). "Though...knowing that after informed by hotel a week before my booked stay....the hotel is under renovation n noise is found Monday to Saturday-5pm some areas"

"The room we had on Floor 19 was good. My only comment is that the bath tub takes up space which could have used better as additional space in the room. Not a big deal. The room was comfortable and in good condition."

"One of the most comfortable bed/pillows I’ve ever encountered in a hotel. The breakfast buffet was excellent, with a waffle maker providing a real morning treat. The only slight downsides were a noisy bathroom drain and a fixed shower head pointing directly at the shower door meant that the bathroom floor got wet. Rooms are only cleaned every 3 days, but fresh towels, tea and coffee sachets are always available"
