Love the bed but not the pillow as it was quite flat. The shower drainage must improve as water is not draining fast enough and will flood. Heater take a longer time to heat, but the water pressure is good.

The hotel bed was very comfortable, room was clean, minimalism ambience and easy access to places around Butterworth. However, parking place was quite small and difficult to park if it is full. Perhaps, hotel management could look into security issue as I feel anyone can enter the hotel room area as there were no proper security. But, it doesn't affect my overall wonderful experience of staying here. Great place for great value nevertheless!

Ridiculous Hotel - Never Again
Its a ridiculous hotel. - Only 1 key card applicable for each room even when you indicate there are 2 occupancy - The front desk will go to your room to unlock your room door if the other occupant is not around - The air-cond is not cold and not working properly - The air-cond is facing the toilet and the bed area is hot - Design of the room is ridiculous - Air-cond in the hotel are is non-existent Never again staying in this hotel.

Very nicely decorated lobby and room. The bed was very comfy, I was pleasantly surprised at the springy mattress and soft cotton sheets! Sound proofing was good as well, I cant hear anything from the next room. The staff are super smiley and friendly. In the daytime, you may hear some bells from the nearby place of worship. Also the toilet shares a sliding door with the shower, so you cant close both the shower and the toilet doors at the same time. There's another wall in front of the shower and toilet though, so it's not too bad.

Location was quite good. Near an Indian temple and at times there would be bell ringing non stop from 5am to the evening. At the side of the road so there would be a lot of car noises. Weird vibration noise were heard in the middle of the night distrupting our sleep. But all in all, room was small and cozy

I was very upset where after I checked in the room, i was not aware someone knocked my room door, the staff open my door!! I was in the midst of changing my clothes, luckily i locked the door using door latch before I start changing my clothes. This really shock me!! What if I was being seen when I was in the middle of changing???!!! I hope this wont happen again, for the safety of other tenants too.

Cockroach In Room!!
Downside: 1. Upon entering the room I was greeted by a cockroach. Told the staff about it, there was no apology but the room was changed. 2. Water heater took ages to get hot. Thankfully I was not in a hurry. 3. Called earlier on to check if there was room service, staff told me yes but upon reaching, there was only cup noodles. Upside: 1. Good water pressure and rain shower. 2. Very comfortable bed and pillows. 3. Cold enough air conditioning. 4. Actual mineral water in room.

Parking space so small
I stay 3 night. First day on 3/12 I park my car at parking space. Then on other day 4/12 I saw my car being hit by other vehicle. Some more the parking space is so small. When we go out, then came back to hotel, there is no more any parking space. When saw this happen at another day really upset. Hotel management don't want to take this responsibility.

A neat, minimalistic and modern hotel. About 2kms away from the Butterworth KTM and Bus Terminal. I stayed there for a night - and the stay was pleasant. 3 things can be improved though - Rooms facing the street are quite noisy, better sound-proofing needed - A closed bathroom would be good - as there is noise often from the plumbing - A cafe or food/drinks in the hotel would be great, as there are not so many options for food nearby the hotel.

There's nothing much I can comment about the room, it's simply great! Love the bed. However if u are traveling with ur own transport, parking at the hotel is a bit of a hassle. There's limited parking bays available and u might end up parking at the roadside.

Good location, easy to find and walking distance to food stalls. Located on main road which less than 2km from ferry terminal. The hotel condition is new and well-maintained but the room facing to road is noisy. Helpful hotel staff, fast check in. There is ni minibar in the room but you can take your stuff to reception and they can help u to store in fridge. Yet, they only have a chiller but no freezer.

Nice business hotel in the center of Butterworth.
We wanted a short stay in a hotel nearby to a food outlet that we have been meaning to visit. This hotel is a short walk away, well situated by the main road and easy to locate, with a nice and secure private parking. As we had already made reservation online, checking in was very smooth and we were in our room within 15 minutes. Our standard room was a bit on the smallish side, even for a couple, but it serves the purpose very well if you only needed to use it for a sleep over, which we understood. The decor is very post modern, basic and functional, which you either love or hate, but we find the Standard room facilities to be a bit on the under-provision. Overall, the cleanliness was well maintained, very tidy and neat. In general, the staff were very friendly and accommodating and our short stay was well worth it.

not too bad
Its a new hotel but don look for much if you are looking for a peace of quiet place. As the hotel is just next to a indian temple. So every morning will be waken up by indian temple bell as room noise reduction is bad and the divider between bed and bathroom is transparent so need to switch off all the lights inorder to have a good sleep
