"The room was very clean when we first came to our room and every morning the house keepers would come in and clean up the room. The staff was extremely kind and friendly. Some people who come to my head are Juan David and Miguel the waiters outside,Axel from the front of the hotel greeting us and helping us get transportation and Margarita with her friendly personality greeting us to go into breakfast."

"The entire staff was amazing! They were very patient and accommodating. The wait staff at the restaurants; the bartenders at the bars; the servers; the concierge, even the entertainment, everyone was great and very polite. My wife and I will definitely be back."
