"The dinner and facilities are great, some staff were not that friendly. There’s a vibration noise in our room at midnight and they were able to accommodate and offer us a new room. There’s not really places to refill water bottles as well."

"This is a noisy area, including aqua aerobics around the pool every day and music in the front and back of the hotel. So if you want to be in that sort of area, it's great. Room was soundproof but there was no air conditioning. We were led to believe access to the spa was included but it was an extra 17 euros per entry. Hotel was clean, breakfast was good and beds were very comfortable. Bathroom was great and generally we had a good time. "

"We treated ourselves to a night here while visiting my mum who lives more inland. I remembered how kind and friendly the staff were the previous year when we had a day pass, and they were kind again this year. Our standard room was gorgeous with a huge balcony that the older kids loved. Beautiful grounds, but only one warmer pool..nice chilled out vibe. Felt classy and no queuing for anything, food and drinks of good standard."

"Had a lovely mini break in the Tivoli hotel in April. It is a beautiful hotel in an ideal location. Gorgeous restaurants are a short walking distance away along the coast on either side. The hotel has a very chilled atmosphere with very friendly staff. Played some golf while there which the staff helped organise. Lovely breakfast in the morning and the Beach Club and Guilty restaurant great options. Plenty of room around the pool. Will definitely be back and would highly recommend."

They won't want to leave the complex. We had a junior suite with lovely sea view and it was large and luxurious with a very much seperate but connected sleeping area for 2 children. "We are a couple both aged 23 - absolutely loved Colon Guanahani. The hotel is for the relaxers, we were one of few younger couples mostly older ladies and gents. Beautiful, beautiful hotel unique in its modern but homely natural style. Area was beautiful so much nicer than places we walked to, we were so happy we chose this hotel over others we seen that we had considered when booking. No hassle in the morning putting down towels next to the pool everyone just found their area. No tacky towel’s...

The staff were really friendly and polite, also the spa was absolutely amazing the best if been to nice wee gym aswell the pools outside were amazing especially the jacuzzi one I couldn’t get out of it I loved it and a good decent buffet breakfast with friendly staff can’t complain only thing I wanted a late check out but couldn’t get it as my flight was until late but they gave me a room so I could clean up. ...
