"5 star for many reasons!"

"This is a lovely hotel that is close to the nightlife area of Osaka. My only criticism is that we were flying late at night and there is nowhere for you to have a shower and change e.g a gym and the toilet available are downstairs and are small. "

"I have nothing bad to say about this hotel. It’s in a great neighbourhood and within 15 minutes you have an abundance of shops, restaurants, markets, etc. it was easy access to the trains and was walkable. It was clean, the staff were lovely with little language barrier to English. They have massage chairs, free alcohol in the evening, as well as free ramen, and free icecream in the evening. Plus- unlimited pop, juice, and coffee anytime. It was great! I’ve already recommended this hotel."

"Perfect location on top of metro and close enough to shopping district and attractions. Staff were so warm and welcoming. And breakfast was great for westerners. Room was spacious for Japan but didn’t have a smart tv which was surprising. However we were out most of the time so not needed but just surprised for such a tech focussed country. Highly recommend the hotel"

"We stayed for two nights in April 2024. The hotel is well located to everything. The breakfast was included and was excellent. "

"The hotel lies close to transports, shopping, restaurants, and nightlife. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was included in the booking plus the availability of a self service laundromat on level 7. The room is comfortable for Japanese standard. The only thing negative is the very slow internet where I get around 2 megabits download. Other than that, I would stay there again. "
