"Hotel was good , only issue i had is i left a pair of black pants in my room called to see if i can get them & they told me my pants werent there , when there isnt anywhere else they could be unless someone is stealing in the hotel , im also a hotel staff worker so this was a major concern for me that guest can potentially lose things in there room & be told its not there"

"Everything was great. Location is right in the middle of the shopping/eating district. Super convenient. Rooms are big by Japanese standard. Ie. You have room to actually open your suitcase. Breakfast has a lot of variety, fresh, and yummy. Laundry is free and plentiful. Many hotel that has laundry usually only comes with 2 or 3 washers and mostly occupied. This hotel has about 12! So laundry not a problem. Even bettee, they have free coffee available in the laundry room if you need to wait. Also they have a vacuum pack machine to help squeeze your clothing to create extra space in your suitcase, something very important when you come to Japan. To top ot off, they have an executive lounge with free snacks and drinks (including alcohol) for all hotel guests. This is something usually reserved for top tier hotel guests. So after a busy day of sightseeing and shopping, its always a nice welcome to have a little cup of drink and rest. If I have to really think of any negative thing, is that this hotel doesnt have direct street access, so if you are taking a taxi or private transport, you will need to walk to the streets (only about 50m anyway). Also this hotel has a bit of history, although its recently beinh renovated, it may not be as modern as some of the newly built one. But personally I like these kind of classic hotels."

"Espectacular el hotel, su edificación es muy nueva, con decoración moderna, sobria, luminosa y con esculturas muy llamativas hacen que te quedes observando cada rincón del lobby. Las habitaciones espaciosas y muy luminosas...la ubicación es genial muy cerca de las entradas al subte y sobre todo el hotel se encuentra emplazado en una avenida de lujo, con consecionarios de autos de primer nivel, tiendas de marcas internacionales y a 10 cuadras nada más y nada menos que Dotonbori. ... !"

"Located a few steps from B08 entrance to the Namba train station, the hotel is ideally placed to access food, shopping and travel. A predominantly local breakfast is provided on two basement levels as well as access to a coffee machine and ice in the lobby. The room was comfortable for two people. Coin operated clothes washing and drying was available on the ground floor. We can recommend staying at Toyoko Inn Osaka Namba."
