"フロントに人がいないため、チェックインが大変でした。部屋自体は清潔で、湯船もついてます。カーテンがないですが、問題ないです。ウォーターサーバーからはお湯が出なかったので、ケトルで沸かす必要がありました。表通りから1歩路地に入るので、うるさくもないし、周りに日本食が豊富なため、泊まる地域としてはおすすめです。"

"Hotel is fine & efficient, I have no complaints. I was able to was clothes for cheap and the staff is super friendly and helpful. Stayed for two nights and the location is centrally solid. I was up on the 5th floor and the room was fine, not bad at all for a budget stay. Breakfast was also fine . "

"To begin with the conclusion: this hotel is very close to Hoan Kiem Lake and the church. There are two supermarkets nearby, and you can still dash out to restock before 7 a.m. on the day you go home. The breakfast was delicate and delicious, and the hotel staff were very friendly—especially Grace. Although we only stayed for one night, we would still choose to stay here again next time we come to Hanoi. Also, we were traveling with family this time—2 adults and 2 children, with one child only 2 years old. We booked a room online that included breakfast for three people, but we were still charged extra for the 2-year-old, saying it was over the occupancy limit. Even if the 2-year-old sleeps in the same bed with the parents in a double room, there's still an extra charge. The fee wasn’t high, but at the hotels we stayed at earlier in Hanoi, our 2-year-old child was not charged, so we found it a bit unacceptable. That said, everything else was great, and the service staff were all wonderful, so this small downside can be overlooked. All in all, we still recommend staying here."
