"Wonderful stay at Diamond suites Westlake. The 2 bedroom apartment was clean and comfortable with a nice partial view of the lake from the patio. The whole place felt very secure and quiet. There was even a washing machine and they provided detergent! Golf chipping green, pickleball, pool all on-site, and many other amenities had me wanting to find out how I could live there full-time. Staff were courteous, polite and helpful, we had a late arrival and the check in process was quick and easy. The breakfast was fantastic, eggs made to order, chicken or beef pho, fruit and many other items to satisfy any appetite. Would definitely stay again, even if it is a bit far from the action, grab rides were very inexpensive to get to where you want to go. Highly satisfied with our stay. "

"I have stayed at Elegant Suites for many years now and if anything it continues to improve. The facilities including restaurant, gym, swimming pool and spa are uniformly excellent. The gardens are beautiful and Jenny and all of the staff cannot do enough to assist with any query or request. Obviously there is a lot of construction work presently underway in the local area but Elegant Suites is an Oasis from all all of that and once inside the complex you would hardly know. I would not stay anywhere else in Hanoi and unreservedly recommend. James Collins"

"We loved our stay at Royal Palace has soon as you walk through the hotel you are welcomed by the staff and how throughly the hospitality is.The location is great you are walking distance to the lake and old stone church even a great smoothie and juice place is across the road. Would highly recommend Royal Palace Hotel and Linh is so lovely and made sure we are well looked after. Thank you "

"Wonderful hotel, I was really looked after whilst staying there. They went above and beyond to look after me. Front door always opened for me, fresh red carnation in room everyday, room cleaned everyday. Breakfast was great, loved the chicken soup. I had the room on the 2nd floor, very quiet. Bed, sheets, pillows everything was great for a relaxing nights rest. I stayed here for 5 nights and will stay again if in Hanoi. Location is outstanding - watching distance to all attractions and great restaurants walking distance way. "
