"Our family trip was fantastic! The moment we arrived, we were greeted warmly and everyone we spoke to was very accommodating. Our flight was a direct into Cancun, so we arrived at the property well before check-in. Check-in was a breeze and everyone was so helpful (making restaurant reservations and explaining the property map, etc.) Our family has stayed at quite a few all-inclusives in Mexico, and this by far was the best experience. The food was great, my dad’s favorite meal of the day is breakfast, and Guadalupe made him the best ham, onion, and cheese omelets. The housekeeping and groundskeepers really did an outstanding job at maintaining the property. We will try to be back soon for another stay! "

"My wife and I went here for our 10-year anniversary after enjoying our honeymoon at a Sandals resort in Jamaica. We thought Sandals-Ochi was great, but Excellence Playa Mujeres is in a league of its own. It’s comparable in price to 7-nights at Sandals (not cheap), but worth way more. The entertainment/shows was okay at best (just like Sandals), but everything everything else was 5+ stars! Don’t think twice. Just book it!"

"First of all the people all the people were the nicest i have ever met in my life they all work so hard and will help you with anything you just dony meet people like this they are excellent 2nd the hotel was 5 stars so beautiful ididnt want to leave it truely was paradise cancun is perfect in every way dont hesitate to staty at the riu its the best stay ever very vey clean rooms cleaned every day and i mean cleaned new bedding and all would definitely go again "
