"Rooms need renovations. Although the unit was very clean the carpet was old with dirt marks. Furniture and kitchen utensils etc in the kitchenette was looked like a hodgepodge collection from thrift stores. But as said earlier it was very clean. Bed was comfortable. "

"Rooms were not soundproofed and we didn’t get any of the “daily housekeeping” they said they provided. Shower was nice, beds were comfortable enough. Woke up to ferry traffic every morning. Staff did not feel very welcoming, almost felt like a bother. Probably won’t be back. "

"Bed was comfortable and the floors seemed cleaned. I used to always go to this hotel many many years ago and it was so pristine and tidy. This time it kind of has a hostel vibe. This once beautiful boutique hotel is looking pretty rough and will not be going back. Such a shame because it right across from the water and in such a beautiful spot. My room was right beside a fire door that kept on opening and closing - which felt like all night - so quite noisy. .got underground parking which was nice. The free breakfast that was served look nice - but I didn't eat anything. Check in and check out was uneventful. "
