"Staff and property was amazing. Had to leave the property next door due to bugs , no AC and no hot water so after being very flustered the Westin made our last day of vacation worth the trip. Spoke with another couple that left Secrets . Westin will definitely be our place in Cozmel from now on ! Do yourself a favor and stay here !"

"We loved our peaceful and relaxing stay at the Explorean. The property is quiet and serene—perfect for unwinding. If you're ever in the mood for more activity, the lively atmosphere at Fiesta Americana is just next door. Be aware that they will try to pitch a timeshare presentation. You may have to firmly decline multiple times before they take no for an answer. A special shoutout to Jared, our favorite server and bartender. He went above and beyond to take care of us and genuinely cared about making our stay enjoyable. The food and drinks were decent, and the location is great—you’re not far from popular beach clubs. Plus, the property has its own pier, making it super convenient if you're planning any boat excursions."

"I was so sad to leave Fiesta, we got on first name basis with all the staff. One which continually called me “boss” and would bring me a new drink every time I was empty. It was such a cool vibe, it was a party everyday but also relaxing. Every restaurant had great food options all included, drinks were top notch, that views, the snorkeling, the amenities to get around the island. It was just such a blast, we definitely will be coming back but this time for longer! "
