"Diria que Excelente las condiciones de la propiedad en general, con 2 excepciones para mí que sería el area de playa algo pequeña para la cantidad de gente que puede hospedarse en este hotel y la otra el desempen̈o del Gerente de Recepción en turno DIEGO BURGOS que siento que pudo resolver de una mejor manera una simple solicitud por parte de un huesped al que se le debe tratar para que regrese y no que le queden dudas en volver. Pero por lo demás como la limpieza, el servicio por el demás personal diria super amable, excelente ambiente, los animadores en la alberca, los restaurantes buena comida, etc, Gracias !!!"

"Absolutely beautiful resort with fantastic staff. We read reviews regarding difficulties in getting reservations for dinner. We booked the Royal level and I highly recommend this if you have the ability. We had reservations for all 7 nights and ate at all restaurants at least once. The Royal level team was amazing and truly treated us as royalty! That being said the entire resort goes out of their way to make your vacation the best you have experienced. From our welcome from Johnny to our final goodby from Tony we were made to feel like familia! Also had a great experience renting a jeep and cruising Cozumel, the locals were extremely gracious in sharing their home with us. Great experience!"

"Hotel Cozumel is an iconic property in San Miguel. The Management continues to improve the property. However, it is primarily the staff that will make your trip enjoyable and memorable. The staff of the hotel is very helpful and attentive, while the restaurant staff strives to provide a true taste of Mexico. Well done! "

"This was an all around complete property. Many positives about this spot, specially for families. Lots of entertainment and activities. Food is great and staff is amazing. Only negative I have for this is the size of the rooms. Very small. "
