"Everything was great about this hotel. It is about 5 min cab drive from the ferry. Very clean, the stuff is amazing, fast and very polite, entertainment is good. We found that food is very tasty. Lots of healthy options! The buffer is inside ( I was happy about it). The coffee shop is good. The drinks are not bad as well. There is no beach, but it is a waterfront and you can swim using a ladder. The water was beautiful and we snorkeled every day. The AC in the room worked well. I used the gym for the first day. It is a nice facility. It was closed for the remaining of my trip( renovation?), but I was able to run outside early in the morning . Felt like a very safe island. Cozumel is beautiful and we have zero complaints about this resort. Thank you"

"We celebrated our 11th wedding anniversary here and couldn’t have picked a more beautiful spot! The entire property was incredible and instantly put us in vacation mode. We loved that we could snorkel right there on the property, such a fun experience to share with our kids. The restaurant staff at Gaviotas were incredibly kind and truly went above and beyond to make our stay special. The views from both our room and the restaurant were absolutely spectacular, the kind you want to soak in all day. If I could suggest a couple of improvements, it would be to provide more hotel information at check-in, like hours and details on amenities, even a simple printable would be perfect. Also, the shower door seal in our room wasn’t working properly and let out quite a bit of water. Overall, it was a memorable and relaxing stay, and we’re so glad we chose this hotel for our special occasion!"

"I do not regret booking my stay at this hotel! It was beautiful, the staff was amazing, very polite and caring , they really know how to take care of their guests. Breakfast was so delicious and they had so many options! Their private beach access was perfect! As well and the bar outside, especially the staff member out there named Darwin, he was a very kind and respectful man.This place is definitely a 10/10 recommendation!"

"We had a fantastic stay at Conzulmeno Beach Resort! The beach is stunning with clear turquoise water and plenty of shade under straw umbrellas. Our kids loved spotting sea creatures like baby rays, swordfish, sea urchins and different types of fish. They also enjoyed spending time in the pool by the beach. At night we often took a taxi to the center which is only 10 mins away. Huge thanks to the amazing staff—Paulino, Santiago, Carlos, Pedro, Fernando and Oscar—for their great service. Special shoutout to Alejandro, Eyahir, and Yaneth at La Veranda for the surprise birthday cake, David in the lobby bar for top-notch cocktails, and Manuel at the buffet grill for his delicious omelettes. An unforgettable vacation! We can’t wait to go back! "
