Set in beautiful gardens with 2 pools. We stayed in various room types over our 10 day stay due to visiting other areas in between. The delux was definitely our favourite. The rooms were all clean but some are a bit on the tired side. The location is great and is within walking distance to restaurants both along the beach front and street. The seafood bbq on the beach at the hotel offered a good selection tasty dishes. Staff are friendly and helpful.

Great spacious garden wth bungalows spacious interiors. Use recycling of waste and refillable glass water bottles. Friendly and helpful staff, thin pillow available on request!! I needed a thinner pillow and any housekeeping at 9.30pm, delivered in 10 mins!! Great pools.

Good traditional Bali accomodation. The property is old but has the character of old Bali. Upkeep would be a problem for the expansive property but the staff do very well. Very comfortable.

A relaxing stay at the Mercure, Sanur on the beach
Although an older establishment the Mercure was clean and well maintained. Beautiful grounds surround the accomodation. The Mercure is at the beach and central to the footpath that allows you to walk for ages. Friendly staff, clean pools and great food all add to the experience.

Nice quiet hotel with comfortable rooms. Bathroom could be better and cleaner. If you want to be in the midst of the actions then this is not the hotel, with no shuttle service available, you either walk a fair distance or need to grab a taxi.

Great size room and bathroom but tiny balcony. Comfortable bed. Grounds and pools were great, but being so south in Sanur it was a long walk to the main busy areas of shops and cafes.

I loved the shape of the roofs on the accomodation. The staff were all fantastic. Conveniently located walking distance to restaurants and shopping. Close to the beach. Rooms were clean and fresh. Even though its an older resort there was nothing bad about my stay. Would recommend it to others.

Staff at Mercure are fabulous. Catered for my vegan partner with no fuss and great options. Rooms are fine. Pool and bars great. Close proximity to restaurants and market stalls. Cheap push bike hire and easy access to tours. Staff cater for all your needs. Fabulous!

The property was very clean and the staff were very helpful and friendly. Beds were very comfortable and we slept really well. The beach was lovely but unfortunately there was a lot of rubbish at the beginning of the sea so we didn't go in. This hotel has the potential to be great but it very much needs to be updated. Also no alcohol available, which is not clear in any of the information. Apparently beer could be bought but when we asked there wasn't any and we were directed to a bar/restaurant next to the hotel for any alcoholic drinks, so we ended up just eating and drinking in that restaurant.

Set in lovely grounds right on beach two pools. We all know lots of hotels in Bali have seen better days you get what you pay for but two big beds put together nice Tea coffee just two of each no milk no creamer. No info in room about hotel or Bali which seemed strange. Although we did not need them others might. Please someone put rubbish bins on beach’s for people to use

Great value old style resort hotel right on the beach at the southern, quieter end of Sanur. Facilities a bit old but generally in good condition. Staff are friendly and helpful. Nice pool and several nearby cafes and restaurants. Easy 10 minute walk to centre of town.

The breakfast was pretty plain. I didn’t like that pool staff allowed sun beds to be reserved in the morning by people who didn’t come back until afternoon. Mattress was too hard .
