Hotels with indoor pool in Hokkaido Prefecture

This is a wonderful hotel. We enjoyed this hotel most throughout our 12 days stay. Service staffs were friendly and helpful and room was clean and comfortable.

Beautiful clean space and comfortable futon beds. Wasn’t expecting that fold out futons had timings, so had to DIY since we wanted to rest after checking in while the whole bed making service starts at 6 pm onwards only. Once all 4 beds are set up there’s no walking space… onsen, the main reason you are staying here, is great. Large spaces and pools, very relaxing!

The moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the staff. The service team is friendly and efficient. The room is fantastic. Bright and spacious. Amenities are good. Super clean. Very comfortable pillow. One of the best stays.

The Windsor is a excellent expensive 5-star hotel, food and dining only choices available within hotel. Will try other hotel choices next time.

We got a party of 5 and stayed in a double storey room in the tower building which is spacious and nice. There are restaurants, amusement park, and other activities available. we went in summer so there are no skiing; instead we took the gondola to mount Yotei where you will certainly enjoy the beautiful view! Ice cream available at the top too. We were helped by a Chinese speaker bellhop; can't remember her name but she was friendly and helpful.

A perfect stay. Breakfast was great with lots of variety. Room was spacious, comfortable and toilet has tv screen. Kids also had fun at the indoor pools. Will stay there again.

Onsen a bit outdated especially the changing area. Some lockers not working. Still overall a very good spa hotel

Beautiful onsen. It will be good if the breakfast selection can alter everyday, maybe adding one or 2 new dishes. Overall good. Will recommend to friends.

Fabulous Family friendly hotel with many large onsen pools. Lots of space & activities for the kids too. It can get a tad noisy at dinner in the buffet hall.

Great hotel with huge japanese/western room. Dinner is great as well. Onsen abit small with big crowd. Nice scenery as snowing during my stay.

Conveniently located at the lower slope of Noboribetsu. Price is affordable but lift is small and slow. Onsen is a indoor and an outdoor with no views. Room is clean, spacious with plenty of charging plugs in the room. Bed, pillow and duvet is soft and comfortable. We had a wonderful sumptuous Japanese breakfast with mixture of western delights. You do have to walk up a slope to reach the Carpark. If you want an affordable place to stay, here is a good recommendation.

I wanted to let my three kids experience what a hotspring is like, and started planning a trip to Hokkaido half a year ago. We initially wanted to try out Niseko, because the reviews were good, but I later found that it would be difficult to connect easily from Chitose Airport to Niseko. In the end, we opted to stay two nights in Sapporo, take a bus to Jozankei, and stay two nights there. We were not disappointed. We enjoyed building snowmen in the day, and soaking in the hotsprings in the...

We were very pleased with hotel staff Miss Lai for her assistance and advise while staying in this hotel. She was very patient with us explaining all the nearby locations and directions. Double thumbs up!!
