"黒部ダムに行く際に利用しました。夕食なし朝食有りでしたが逆の方が良かったかも。夜は周辺に食事できる所が少ない、朝は少しでも早く扇沢駅まで行きたい。朝食を食べて思ったのは朝食でこれたげ美味しければ夕飯が美味しくないわけないと思います。次回はGWに再度行きますのでまた利用します。 "

"Really good value, decent sized room per Japanese standard and a good breakfast. Its about 13 min walking distance from the train station and the center of the city but very close to the Matsumoto castle."

"We really enjoyed our stay here. The location was perfect, with Old Karuizawa Ginza Street right outside the hotel, making it super convenient to explore. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and we loved the organic-smelling toiletries. Staff were always polite and helpful throughout our stay. Breakfast selection was a bit limited, but everything was fresh and well prepared — especially the soups, which we enjoyed every morning. Only small downside was the pillows, which were too flat for us. Otherwise, a great stay overall!"
