The staff were very helpful, always checking in to see if there is anything they could do. The location was great too.

Staff of the hotel are friendly and helpful and can anticipate your needs including a preference for a shower cubicle instead of a bathtub. The breakfast buffet is sumptuous with western and Vietnamese dishes served at level 9 where you can get a good view of Saint Joseph’s Cathedral. My family's experience at La Siesta was one of the highlights of our short trip to Hanoi. We were made to feel welcomed from the minute we stepped into the hotel and encountered Vietnamese hospitality at possibly its best.
