"Staff were superb: very helpful, kind, friendly and spoke good English. Hotel location is great: close to sites, eating, shopping and Hoan Lake. Stayed here twice. First stay was great as the room faced the street, had a good layout and had large windows. On our second stay, the room was long and narrow. It was fine but unique. I would recommend this hotel as I would stay here again!"

"Clean, but shower was hard to control. Drainage could have been better. Floor slippery. No safety grab bars in shower. Towell rack is above toilet. No hand towel at sink. Otherwise we liked it very much. Good breakfast provided. Staff friendly and helpful."

"The location was good. But when I checked in, I was not given a room with a river view that I had booked and paid for. The second room they showed me, the air conditioning and phone did not work. They gave me a third room on the 9th floor which I had said I did not prefer. Breakfast only had two choices, a Vietnamese noodle and beef soup or an omlette. I chose the omlette, and i got two fried eggs which I would be ashamed to serve my own guests at home. When I pointed out that I had ordered...

"I checked in here because it was relatively highly rated and inexpensive. Full disclosure: I only stayed a few hours because I had a late flight. I found the room to be small (even by Da Nang standards) and somewhat dimly lit. Having spent 6 weeks at other hotels in the My Khe beach area, this was the most disappointing. "

"Worst hostel yet. After check-in a blanket and pillow were thrown into my arms and I was told to go upstairs after they gave me a bed number. I wondered all around the different dorm rooms eventually finding my bed. The worst was the overall cleanliness and the breakfast, which was revolting."

"Basic, average. Nothing special. But it was cheap. So nothing to complain about. Just stayed 1 night. It was overall pretty clean though, just a little smaller than what I normally get. But no complaints from me."

"The hotel was very good but they have problems with the doors.when everyone close the door vas very loud. During the day was not a problem but night time and early in the morning was not very pleasant to hear the loud noise of the door. All others staff was very friendly and helpful when we need help."
