"The M hotel itself is beautiful regarding decor and style and could be excellent if properly maintained. In the first room we had, the Aircon didn’t work so we had to move room. In the second room, the hand washing basin was cracked and water constantly leaked on the floor when using it. Also, the towel rail was faulty as it had not been installed properly. Everything else in the room was excellent. The hotel location is fairly OK and quite close to an MRT station on the East-West line and to a 711. "
