"We found this hotel via an Expedia package for Singapore and were so glad we did. Situated between Clarke Quay and Chinatown makes this hotel the perfect location. Along with friendly and accomodating staff, we really enjoyed our stay!! The hotel had a lovely pool, 24/7 gym, nice rooms and the staff were extra nice with their gestures in celebrating our anniversary and making our stay comfortable with a later check out. Highly recommend! "

"We've enjoyed 2 nights at the Grand Park City Hall hotel & highly recommend this hotel for it's great location across the road from the City Hall MRT station (takes you to Changi airport) comfortable room & it's wonderful staff who made us feel so welcome from the first step into the hotel. We stayed in a Club room on the 9th floor, with access to the Crystal Club lounge, which we used for breakfast afternoon tea & evening cocktails. Gladys & Iman made us feel so welcome & are an asset to this hotel. They went above & beyond with the service they provided to us & with a constant smile on their face. From check-in which was so smooth & great staff who provided us with our room prior to the normal check-in time, was so much appreciated after a long 18 hours flight from LA. The food from breakfast to evening canapes was delicious. We 100% would recommend this hotel for the great location to food and staff, you won't be disappointed. We will definitely be back on our next stop over. :)"

"The M hotel itself is beautiful regarding decor and style and could be excellent if properly maintained. In the first room we had, the Aircon didn’t work so we had to move room. In the second room, the hand washing basin was cracked and water constantly leaked on the floor when using it. Also, the towel rail was faulty as it had not been installed properly. Everything else in the room was excellent. The hotel location is fairly OK and quite close to an MRT station on the East-West line and to a 711. "
