"Staff is super helpful and courteous! The room service folks even stopped water damage to my wash bag and left a handwritten note about the move. Live up to the luxury hotel standards. Breakfast has lots of delicious choices and totally made our days! Room is less fancy but solid and clean. Would be even more awesome if there is hot spring. But other than that, thereโ€™s nothing else weโ€™d ask for"

"We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Our room had a beautiful view, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The staff were very friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our visit. Breakfast offered a good variety of choices, and we enjoyed it very much. The complimentary afternoon tea had only a few items, but it was still a lovely and unexpected surprise. Overall, we had a very pleasant experience and really enjoyed our stay."
