"Every member of staff was fantastic and delivered 5 star service. Hard to single any particular person out as they were all so good. The room (Marina Bay view King) and pool were lovely, very clean and a nice balance between modern and old-world charm. Only minor fault was the room did feel a little tired and there was nothing really in the way of amenities in the room (free soft drinks or snacks). Would still recommend 100%"

"This is a very large very busy hotel. There is nothing wrong with that but just be aware that the lobby and breakfast area are very busy and so the place has a somewhat anonymous feel. The staff is good. Only issue was that my room had a very noisy AC unit. The staff was happy to change my room to a small upgrade, but did not apologize for the inconvenience."

Some things seemed a little worn, or the a little slow or whatever, but overall, nothing was actually bad. More importantly, the breakfast is really good and I never had an issue with getting a seat."
