My second time staying at Hilton FiDi. Great room, location and service as always.

Great! Clean! Comfortable!

Chris at the front desk delivered truly outstanding service. I arrived on a rainy Christmas Eve after a long 7-hour drive and was greeted with the warmest smile, a complimentary upgrade, late checkout, a welcome bag, and personal escort to the elevator — all offered proactively and with genuine care. I’ve stayed in many hotels, including 5-star chains worldwide, but Chris’s “customer-first” attitude genuinely stood out. The room was comfortable in size. One of the better hotel compared to some better known chain hotel. Complimentary coffee/tea, cookies and fruit available 24 hours is very much appreciated.

Excellent value for money near Union Square. Very cool vibe!

it was a delightful 4 nights stay with our dog. There is a huge patch of grass right beside which our dog loved. Glad we decided to stay here instead of downtown (due to safety concerns). Felt extremely safe here. The property has a doorman. The hotel was clean and welcoming. We loved the wine bar in the hotel. Staff all around including housekeeping was extremely welcoming, and some of the staff even remembered our dog's name. Absolutely wonderful we will be back!
