We had a wonderful stay. The place was very clean, comfortable, and perfect for families with kids. The attic-style beds were a huge hit with the children and made the stay extra fun.
The location is very convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions and amenities. We also loved the outdoor table area where we could relax and enjoy the beautiful view of Mt. Fuji.
The hotel provided great amenities, and overall the stay was very comfortable and enjoyable. Highly recommended for families...

Booked the deluxe unit, seems like only deluxe unit have roof top balcony, which have the mount Fuji View. Many eateries and convenience store nearby. For Drivers, the villa provided free parking. Most of the shops around the area has free parking. The rooms are clean, the living hall is huge.

We stayed in the Balcony Villa with Mt. Fuji View Bath – Type A, Non Smoking (124 sqm). The villa is spacious and well designed, with three western style bedrooms on the ground floor (six beds in total: one double, two singles, two singles) and a Japanese tatami room with two futons on the second floor. Amenities such as coffee, toothbrushes, and combs are provided directly in the villa, and free hot drinks are available at the lobby.
Check in was smooth and the hotel already had our Expedia...

Very nice view of the majestic Mount Fuji. Not far from Mount Fuji station. 7eleven is just across the road. However, can hear the rattling of train passing by.

Clean room, Staff are very helpful . Breakfast was just enough and good.
Location very close to Mt Fuji Station within 5mins walk.
Would be great if hotel provide pickup or send off to Mt Fuji Station because in the day when we checkout it was raining and we have to push our luggage to Mr Fuji Station to catch the train to Tokyo. If the weather was good we don’t mind pulling the luggage to the train station.
However overall experience with the Hotel was good.
