"The receptionist is very friendly and accommodating. They accidentally reserved a smoking room for us instead of a non smoking room and they were very honest that it was their mistake and very apologetic about it. They even offered to give us free breakfast vouchers"

"The best location in Sapporo for travelers. Subway station under the hotel basement. The only drawback is the noise from the busiest intersection in Sapporo every day and night . But I will still book this hotel if I visit Sapporo again. The hotel is very new , good design and I have a corner room which is big in Japanese standard. The breakfast is very good with ice cream. The spa is not Onsen , more like hot water. The roof top terrace is strange , only for viewing, no drinks allow and no smoking . Waste the roof top terrace . "

"It was quite inconvenient that none of the staff spoke English. For such a large hotel, it was surprising and hard to understand why there were no English-speaking staff available. We ended up changing to a larger room, which comfortably accommodated the three of us. We paid an additional 10,000 yen ($80) per night and stayed for a total of five nights. We had access to the Royal Club on the 28th floor, where we enjoyed breakfast as well as the tea time and cocktail hour services. That part of the stay was a very pleasant memory. "
