This is my fourth time to stay in South Nest, so the facts tell. Staff are helpful and polite, room is always clean, the house keepers are so thoughtful…. I definitely will come back !

This serviced apartment is fine and a good value for the money. Please know the hotel rooms in Hong Kong are tiny. There is no storage even for luggage. This is typical of Hong Kong, not just this accommodation.

The service is shockingly poor. The guest service agent shouted and had a bad attitude when we didn’t have our deposits receipt. Don’t deserve the name hotel

這間酒店應該欠款,接待員服務態度欠佳,主要是沒有禮貌,而且只開幾層,加上取房時又是但比一間房我們,不是我們訂的房間,電視細到跟電腦屏一樣,浴缸去水慢,床舖上有頭髮。

廁所門是壞的，房內沒風筒，借的話要付押金。床上有床蚤，會咬人。房間連皂液也沒有，真的不太好。
