I was apprehensive at first as I wasn’t familiar with Austin Road or this area as I used to stay around HK central when I visited. However it turned out to be an excellent choice for a solo leisure traveller. I stayed 4 days 3 nights and these were the positive points : 1. Convenient location - 5 mins+ walk to Jordan train station. Two stations away from Mongkok which is the cheaper shopping district and where Ladies Market shopping street is. 2.
