I gave my Hotels.com booking reference number to hotel staff a few days before my arrival to arrange transport transfer form port to hotel. However, hotel staff could not find my bboking!!! Finally, I showed my Hotels.com booking voucher to hotel staff upon arrival, they told me my reserved room at Single Flight Backpackers was not available and arranged me to stay at Ding Ding Backpackers instead. It's quite a mess that they handled online booking.

客房清潔度 佳。 飯店新館位置(前港路),離 山外站 金湖鎮鬧區 稍遠 , 但服務佳, 可call民宿 車子 接送 !

很一般的民宿
在Expedia.com.tw 訂的房間。去民宿辦理入住手續時被告知找不到我的訂單，他們說是Expedia的問題。到現在我還是不知道到底是誰的問題。先是給了我一間較新的房間，但是因為沒有WIFI（還在申請中）所以換了另外一棟樓的一間單人房。可是沒有附帶廁所，必須要出去上。說是這廁所不是公廁，只是給我一人用，但是還是有其他人共用過，居然還有人在裏面抽煙！
