A hidden gem. A very well designed and maintained property. Didn't feel like we were staying in a hotel. The staff were unfailingly polite and courteous. More importantly, they appeared genuinely keen to help. The Pullman Hotel in Kutching definitely offers a 5-star experience to its guests not just by the ambience in it but also by the amenities they have. I chose this hotel because they have a gym, a pool, and a spa. The staff are nice and are quick to respond to requests. The hotel adjoins a mall and there are several restaurants to choose from. Their Internet is free and fast which makes it great for working, and the area is quiet which makes it also great for relaxing.

I loved the room as it was very spacious and the pillows and bed were very comfortable. Food outlets are all within walking distance and had some nice seafood at TopSpot Seafood corner only 5mins walk from hotel.
