"C’était trop bien. L’hôte est vraiment aux petits soins et attentionnée. Elle donne des conseils sur des endroits à visiter. Elle est également soucieuse de la bonne santé de ses hôtes. Elle est gentille et aimable. Si vous un petit moment, faites un tour dans son restaurant !"

"It was an amazing experience at Prince Kyoto. The view from the room was breath taking. It’s one of the best experiences I have had staying at this hotel. The staff was extremely polite and went above and beyond to help. We enjoyed their hospitality and kindness. Love to stay here again in future."

"Very helpful staff and the view of the pagoda from the room is great. Also loved having a coffee stand right outside the hotel. Downside is 99% of taxi drivers won’t want to drive directly to the hotel, so you’ll have to drag your luggage up the hill through crowds of people."

We had a fantastic stay at the newly opened Hyatt Place Kyoto.
1. Perfect Location – The hotel is in a quiet area with a supermarket and convenience store right next door. Plus, there’s a subway station nearby, making it super easy to get around.
2. Comfortable & Thoughtful Design – The room was compact but well-designed. The lobby has a Nespresso machine, there’s a laundry room, and even a microwave available.
3. Tasty Breakfast – has everything you need, and the food was good.

The staff is helpful when being approached. Room is cleaned and reasonably sized (in fact bigger than the other hotel room that I stayed in Osaka) though bathroom is alittle small. Hotel also provides some small matcha snacks and jap tea which are really awesome! Bottles of green tea and orange are complimentary, in addition to the water. There are eateries, including McD (not 24hr), and small supermarket nearby the hotel. What I love most is the availability of subway (Exit 4) just besides the...

Stayed in room 402 for just one night, but really wished I could have stayed longer. The rooms were really huge with plenty of facilities such as a Nespresso machine (with complementary coffee!), a bath tub and walk-in closet. It's situated just across the road from the Kyoto Imperial Palace, and walking distance to Teramachi and Nishiki market which are great places for shopping and finding good food. Staff was really helpful and recommended me a nearby restaurant for dinner. There are also...

Fantastic hotel. The property and room were immaculately clean and beautiful. Staff were attentive, helpful and friendly. The location is in a quiet neighborhood and conveniently close a subway station for travel throughout the city. My family thoroughly enjoyed our stay here.
