"The staff were super helpful. Eager to help and make things go smooth as possibly. They also had origami that guests can take as a souvenir that is made from the hotel staff. Nice personal touch. The room itself was better than expected. Probably the best sleep I had all in Japan - the blackout curtains really did it for me. Was not expecting there to be a Bluetooth speaker right in the shower so that was a nice feature we utilized. The breakfast was good! There’s a few breakfast entrees you can pick and they’ll make it fresh for you. Great location and lots of restaurants close to the hotel. The bar and outdoor patio was a nice way to relax and end the night. Would definitely come back here!"
