"Excellent location with easy walk to markets Staff are very friendly and although we were on the 13th floor the elevators were quick and roomy. Great value for money"
"Good facility and good location. However room house keeping is poorly maintained, dust is everywhere when moved in, bedsheet and towels have clean stains, spider nets surrounding lamps. After requesting for deep clean, owner provided cleaning to only the area i pointed out and the other areas were still left out unclean. Will not stay here again."

"Lovely hotel - the use of the club facilities were very handy, and usually lots of space in the club lounge. Staff very friendly - a special shout out to Henry!
Rooms clean, staff very attentive. Food is good including room service. "
"Hotel is located between twin tower and Bukit Bintang area. About 15 mins on foot. All is great just the area is not that convenient for food and massage."
"From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by how modern and stylish this hotel is. My room was located on the 101st floor with breathtaking views of the Petronas Towers truly unforgettable. The rooms are beautifully designed, very sleek, and comfortable.
The swimming pool and jacuzzi on the 99th floor are spectacular, offering a luxury experience with incredible views. Room service food was delicious and exceeded expectations.
What really makes this hotel stand out, however, is the staff. They are kind, professional, and genuinely helpful, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. A very special thank you to Huda and Charlieni who went above and beyond to make my stay exceptional.
This is without a doubt one of the best luxury hotels I’ve ever stayed in. Highly recommended! And can’t wait to return to it. "
