Serenity on the Slopes
Fabulous hotel near the mountains and close to skiing. Staff was flawlessly bilingual and they were very professional and inviting. Room overlooked the mountains and it was truly spectacular during sunrise. Bed was MASSIVE and comfortable, and the room comes with a coffee maker. Bathroom products were divine and the Wifi was fast. Breakfast was delicious, with a plethora of options to choose from spanning Western dishes like pancakes to traditional Japanese cuisine. Seeing as how we are in Hokkaido, we opted for local diary products (highly recommend). Convenience store located down the road for any additional items you may need. Highly recommend and will visit again.

Peaceful stay.
We really enjoyed the stay @ The skye! We saw when they were building and always wanted to stay there! Their room types are unique and well equipped. A beautiful view from our room made our stay very peaceful one. Loved their local specialty focused breakfast with Yoteisan view was stunning.

Our stay at Skye Niseko was fantastic. The service was incredible - everyone was so friendly and helpful - and the amenities were incredible. It was really the perfect place to stay for skiing.

The only complaint I had about this hotel is the restaurant’s Japanese food are not authentic enough. The Ramen tastes are more western style, like eating Japanese Ramen in New York. Also the choices are very limited on menu no matter for lunch or dinner. Also there’s a lot of room for the hotel to improve their fruit selection for breakfast.

The rooms were great and very spacious as was the rest of the hotel. Our only suggestion would be for the gym, where the treadmills were not stable and if lower quality.

New hotel, all-in-one. Ski rental available & you just return them to the hotel. Booking of ski rental done way before you arrive as the hotel team will email you asking what else you need, including ski lessons & transport to hotel. But a lot of guests when we arrive so staff are really busy. Can buck up on efficiency level

Great location, ski in/out. at Hirafu near many restaurants Staff attended to all our needs. New property so all in room facilities were great. ski rentals and staff there were excellent. Food at Kumo was superb. Breakfast can be better by alternating menu more. Have a kids area for snow fun. Toilet although new was a bit dark. Can do with more lighting Overall highly recommended

Great location and hotel, shame that it was inconsistent with the service staff - surprisingly majority of the ex-pat staff were providing the great service. The onsen was great but the private ones had a funky smell.

New hotel. Free shuttle bus around Hirafu & to Kutchan train station. Great variety for breakfast, though will be good to change the menu for guests who stay for a few days. Staff service is good, though a bit confused or unsure of stuff, maybe because it just started operation.

The rooms are spacious and new. Areas outside ski valet not ready for use yet. Chair lift not open during our stay hence we had to take bus to the nearest slope. Not really ski in ski out yet.

Rooms are fitted with new amenities and there were amenities available for cooking in the room . Bathroom floor was heated which is bonus in winter . However, rooms lack proper makeup space, full length mirror plus bathroom mirror was rather high which is definitely a down side for petite individuals. Housekeep can be improved as we found strands of hair on the bed and toilet upon check in .

我們住在面羊蹄山的兩人房，每天在房間的時刻都可以欣賞羊蹄山不同的景觀，真的非常難忘！房間很寬敞舒適乾淨。早餐也是超級豐富絕對好吃級別，每天有生魚片魚子等鮮食，我最喜歡新鮮玉米湯和咖哩餃。小小建議，房內廚房垃圾桶雖然有塑膠袋封住但還是需要定期用水清洗桶身才能完全去除味道。旅館自己有溫泉但溫度不高。整體來說
