Very small room, I called down to concierge and they could not understand my Australian accent and decided to just hang up in my ear, I called back and they just dismissed my complaint, I will not recommend this hotel

They have only 1 person to do check in working front desk come on ? We arrived at desk no one wass working , Secuty guy had to try find the man who wass working at time . They should hire more ppl for work
