Dear Guest Thank you for staying our hotel and our hotel is economic type hotel. As your feed back, our hotel is very quite, and our staff work time is time limit (9am-10am and 4pm-9pm), if you want check in early, you can call our staff by the phone in front desk feel free(but normally staff is in hotel hole the day). We have 4 floors, if you have luggage, our staff will help you for carrying luggage when we are here. I am sorry I am not here when you coming, cause I picked up our guests in that time, and I changed your rooms password after you check in, hope you understanding. Sorry make you a bad experience, thank you for your understanding.
