"Hotel Staff was very polite,courteous, friendly and professional.My room service was excellent. I had a very clean room a nice view over the swimming pool,It had an amazing view at night. Breakfast was served at 6:00-10:00AM. There was Assorted Foods,Fruits and Pastries were served daily. Beach at the resort was great,water was a little chilly, overall the weather was just right. I couldn't watch Netflix, due to it not working in the region."

"The room was so clean and staff member were so helpful. The breakfast menu was superb. The beach was in walking distance And also many restaurants and shopping mall were at 20 min walk from the hotel. Highly recommended.We would stay again if we come back and visit Bali again."

The hotel was beautiful, clean, and well maintained, and our room was comfortable and relaxing. What really stood out was the excellent service. Everyone we encountered was friendly, attentive, and genuinely made an effort to make our stay enjoyable. The location was also very convenient, making it easy to explore and enjoy the area. "The breakfast buffet had a lot of options. I like healthy choices and they had a lot. The staff is very friendly everywhere you go on the resort. The room had a wonderful view of a pond near the restaurant we loved our garden view room. "
