Nice hotel except the bed sheets, towels, and shower were dirty. I used Lysol and disinfecting wipes to clean it myself. While it has transportation nearby, it’s far from central London. I requested an early check in and when I arrived, I was told to wait in the lobby and someone would come get me by 10am. I waited two hours until I finally asked if the room was ready.

Great hotel with modern décor and features.
Great hotel, clean and modern. Room was comfortable. Food was good but limited choice but this is not unusual for hotels at the moment. Breakfast was good. Parking is limited so need to get there early to get a space.

The staff were unhelpful on arrival, the car park is too small for the hotel so parking is very difficult with cars abandoned in side road and on red lines, over verges etc. The reception phoned us in the morning to tell us that we had to check out that day, it was three hours before the check out time. The hotel was noisy at night and in the morning with very little sound proofing in between rooms.

great place 5 stars super clean comfy beds food was great with room service little bit of ride from London but compared to down town was worth the extra trip in quality and price i got for time of year Subway station short walk with food stores next to station. with several small local restaurants near by.
