I loke the fact I have the compound to myself, the rooms are ok for me and my family, but the internet signal around the building needs to be fix, the smoke detector was removed which is against safety which I complained but was not fixed till I left, except all that, it's generally satisfactory. Thank you... will surely recommend the property for family

Pictures are a scam! We left immediately. Had to walk down a dark alley - enter a courtyard? No lighting, dirty mattresses piled up in the corner. Room was filthy, rugs were stained....spiders crawling on the bed. Huge hole in one of the bedroom ceilings.

Great Stay
Well located close to Heathrow and public transit. Excellent neighborhood-felt safe and walkable. Comfortable apartment. Great size for 3 adults. The 3 beds were comfortable! Only comment is there is not a dryer-washer unit only. Still well priced and great team to work with. Would stay there again.

I booked an apartment for a three night stay near London. We parked around the block because the driveway was blocked by a moving truck. We walked to the apartment with our children and our suitcases and passed neighbors screaming and cursing next door. We entered the apartment to find dingy carpets and a bathroom with no soap. The staircase was steep and frankly unsafe. The kitchen seemed fine and relatively clean. We were having misgivings about staying in the apartment but decided to try as it was a non-refundable stay. However, when we tried to lock the door from the inside, the knob fell off in our hand. At that point, we decided we didn't feel safe staying there with our children. We booked a different hotel for our stay. We communicated this to Royal Apartments and there only response was that they would "look into the problem with the lock." I booked two weeks of hotels for my family in Europe and this booking was our only issue.

A very happy family stay
We loved the apartment which was completely fit for purpose for our 2 night family stay. Comfortable and well appointed with a good standard of furnishings. We found it to be very clean and fresh. The appartment felt very secure with gated private parking and a strong front door and locks not that the neighbourhood was an issue. Communications were friendly, prompt and courteous. Self check-in and check-out was easy with detailed and very clear instructions provided. In summary, we'd would be pleased to stay again and would definitely recommend this well appointed property to friend and family.

Lovely property, very clean and well equipped. Great having two bedrooms & living/dining area instead of stuck in one room like a travel lodge. Well placed for Uxbridge station, a 10 minute drive away. Plenty of shops in the area.

The property is close to LHR airport. The management team had good communication for the most part. The housekeeper did enter the property unannounced, while we were traveling to another part of Europe. Overall I think the communication was good - but as a renter I would’ve like to have known someone was entering the property. The excessive rubbish was not the fault of the property but it was there, as well as the blind not being fixed. The location is alot further than 40 mins from central London as what was noted when we rented. Leggoland was also an expensive taxi ride (which we thought would be much closer as well). Overall if you need a place near LHR I would rent but that’s the only place that’s convenient in my opinion.

Thank you for taking time to complete a review we really appreciate it. We contact all guests via text prior to entering our apartments in order to put clean linen away. However we understand that on this occasion you were abroad and the text message was not received. We do not enter our properties unannounced in order to respect guest privacy. Our travel times to London 40 mins by car, 25 mins by train and 30 mins by car to Legoland as advertised are accurate dependant on the time of day you travel. We also apologised about the refuse that was out of our control and arranged for the local council to remove it immediately. Regarding the blinds they are now replaced as we were awaiting the delivery and installation. Thank you once again for your feedback and we hope you enjoy the rest of the summer. Excellent communication from the team prior to arrival with great instructions for accessing the apartment. Spotlessly clean, comfortable with all you need for a relaxing stay. Easy access to motorway and Thorpe park, comfy beds, all kitchen utensils and towels included. Will definitely stay again.

Short Stay
This was a very comfortable,clean apartment and it was perfect for our 3 night stay. We had a car and were able to park at the apartment and it was a great base for what we wanted to do. Had all the facilities we needed and the complimentary wine and tea and coffee were a lovely touch. Would definitely use again.

West Drayton Hotel
Very nice stay, parks close by also Uxbridge town centre only 10-15 mins by bus which was around the corner from the flat. Linda and Kirsty were very helpful even allowing us a late check out. Apartment was lovely and clean. Maybe a bit overpriced for the actual location.

Two night stay
We had a lovely stay at the royal apartments, they had everything that we could of needed , nice and clean and in a great location. The only thing I would say is that I think a blind should be put up in the bathroom just to give a little more privacy. Car park can be a little difficult to get to depending on how many cars are parked around the entrance. Over all we had a good experience and we will look at booking the apartments again in the near future.

The apartments were as advertised and good value for London. Our trip required staying in the Uxbridge/Denham area so the location with excellent access to the airport (15 minute drive) and motorways (Windsor Castle 8 miles away) was perfect. The 4 apartments have 2 designated parking places but ample on street parking for the front 2 apartments (more confusing than a problem). The condition of the apartments was excellent and located next to a convenient corner shop. Having a washer/dryer in the apartment and the ability to cook and refrigerate food made life a lot easier. Most importantly there were no surprise charges at the end of the stay - always a concern when booking online particularly overseas. In summary, the location is not a prime London tourist location so some effort is required to do central London sightseeing but the property represents excellent value for money and we will likely book again in the future given our need to stay in the area.

All things needed for a short stay. Only disappointment was the bathroom which was dimly lit and the shower curtain is black which made showering rather dark. Also a grip bar would have been useful in case of slipping whilst showering.

Fab base for HP world and Legoland
I chose this apartment because my family and I were visiting Harry Potter World and Legoland and it is approx half an our away from each. It was also one of the least expensive I could find whilst still having an attractive interior. It turned out to be an excellent choice, it has everything you could need and was very clean and tidy and the owner was really helpful. Would definitely recommend, don't have anything bad to say about it.

Real apartment, better than any hotel
The apartment was exceptional, it was like a proper home from home rather than a hotel. I will be happy to use again as I am in the area quite often for work and it is a much better alternative to the hotels and price was about the same so I definitely got a lot more for my money.

Excellent value for family or group of four
Royal Apartments are well-placed for access to Heathrow and London (if you don't want to be in the city). There is reasonably easily-accessed, secure parking. The rooms are clean, airy and comfortable. There is good access to shops and eateries. For a family of four or a group of friends, the value is excellent. Check in and out is information is clear. The facilities are generally good, particularly the washing machine and bathroom. I would recommend a little more in the way of self-catering items, for example, a cafetiere or coffee filter machine. Overall, excellent.

十分滿意，算是近倫敦
自駕遊就非常方便，寧靜的小鎮，可免費泊車，用電郵取密碼鎖鑰非常方便，價格算便宜，乾淨整齊，只是沖涼沐浴位容易飛水出來。因為要入倫敦市只好將車等泊在溫布頓的火車站全日泊車2.6鎊，非常便宜

６月７日、レンタカー借用後、現地に到着し、チェックインの段階で受付を探せど見当たらず。住所とホテル名はあっていた。先に宿泊のラナーク地方からの子供連れの夫婦に助けて頂き、オーナーに電話をして頂いたがつながらず。その方も連泊とのことであきらめ、他のホテルをナビで探しました。３件目でＰｒｅｍｉｅｒ　Ｉｎｎ　を探し当て夜１１時にやっと落ち着きました。いつも海外旅行はＥｘｐｅｄｉａさんを利用していますが、初めての経験です。宿泊で書類へのサインはしておりません。ぜひ本件現地に確認して、今後の対応検討ください。宿泊施設とては、中を覗きましたが、レンタカー旅行者には適しているように見えました。　東海村／池田和雄

Thank you for taking the time to write to a review. All guests are advised prior to book in that we have no check in desk and that we operate self check in at our establishment. We contacted you via expedia messaging service the day before arrival and gave you the access codes. On the day of arrival it appeared you had not read the message and could not find your apartment as we were informed by another guest. We immediately visited the site to assist you and were on site within 10 minutes, however on arrival you were not there. We then contacted Expedia to advise them of the situation, Expedia would not disclose your personal email address to our establishment and they offered to contact you to advise you that we were at the property to assist you. We waited for one hour and you did not return to the property. We sincerely regret that you have had this experience, however we did our very best to communicate to you with the limited information we had available. With very best wishes, Royal Apartments.

Les appartements sont assez compliqués à trouver si vous n'avez pas les bonnes indications. Ils sont situés près de night shops et à 15 min à pied de grands magasins. L'appartement était très propre, cuisine bien équipée. La salle de bain manquait juste un miroir mais la baignoire était un gros +. Les chambres étaient super même si le canapé était plus confortable que les lits.

旅慣れていない方にはお勧めしません
・レセプション併設のいわゆるアパートメントホテルではなく、レセプションのないアパートメントタイプ宿泊施設です。ヒースロー空港近くにファミリールームのあるホテルが少なく高評価が多かったこの施設を選びましたが、アパートメントタイプの宿泊施設に対する知識がなく、レセプションが見つからずに慌てました。 ・宿泊予約をすると、宿泊の前日に登録したアドレス宛に電話連絡先がメールで送られて来ます。アパートに到着したら連絡先に電話をして、セキュリティデポジット（高額）のためにクレジットカードの詳細（セキュリティコードを含むカード情報の全て）を伝えると、部屋のキーボックスの暗証番号を教えてもらえます。キーボックスは宿泊するアパート裏手のスライドゲートの中の駐車場に入った左側にあり、ここの部屋の鍵があります。チェックアウト時はこのキーボックスに鍵を返却します。なお、鍵は一つしかなく、入り口のドアはオートロックで、レセプションがないので万が一鍵の閉じ込みをしてしまうと厄介なことになると思います。 ・上記のように旅先で登録したメールを確認できることと、携帯で電話をすることが可能（近くに公衆電話はありません）であること、カード情報を伝えて暗証番号を確認する程度の英語力があることが、このアパートを利用するための最低条件となります。また、部屋は4つあるので予約した部屋番号を覚えておく必要があります。（予約サイトではここまでの情報は確認できません） ・治安の悪さは感じませんでしたが、街中ではないので夜は暗く、不慣れな旅行者には不安のある立地かも知れません。ファストフードやスーパーのある通りまでは車で3分程度、レストランはもう少し遠くに行かないとありません。 ・不潔な感じはありませんでしたが、宿泊者人数分のタオルなどの用意がなく、電子レンジも壊れていたりしていて、居室の状況はベストではありませんでした。また、セキュリティデポジットのシステムに慣れていないので、クレジットカード情報を全て伝えることにも不安があります。 ・ヒースロー空港へは道を間違わなければ車で10分程度で行けますので、最終日の朝にレンタカーを返して帰国というような利用には適しているかと思います。
