The only positive thing that I could think of for this property is the location. It's definitely convenient that its right next to the airport, but thats about it.
We were a family of 4 and I noticed right away that there was only two towels. I call downstairs to indicate that we needed more. The TV was old but you can see the picture, however if you wanted sound that's a different story. I went downstairs to the front desk to indicate that my TV wasn't working and I mentioned that we needed the towels that never came. He said someone will be right up.
Nobody ever came. I understand its Saturday night, its busy, but no ownership came about it.
Marriott is losing its customer centricity, it seems to be a global phenomenon. It has become a common observation. I have had better experiences with other hotel chains atleast in this year.

We were greeted at reception and had a great check-in experience and given an upgrade to a room facing the airport.
The Indian restaurant on site was very good;
About 0230 in the morning the ceiling near the door crashed down caused by a water leak. The mess was cleaned up by staff and they provided a bucket to catch the water for the remainder of the night.
Receptionist offered a room change but we were getting up at 0400 so declined. At check out we were offered a refund on four days parking.
