I've been kicked off of the hostel because of bed bugs alert and I'm waiting for a refund which will be paid in 20 days time. I don't think it was true and I'm thinking to suit the place as soon as I'm settled because I've been found myself in the street within minutes and I had to add un extra 50 pounds costs for booking another hotel. Confirmation number 72761327668831 Booking reference EXP-X 176183524. Basically I was kicked out on Sunday morning the 25th of February while I paid until the 27th of February. The receptionist told me that an email as been sent to Expedia to claim the refund of 2 days which makes approx £20 pounds but I need to wait at list 20 days. Can I get clarified about this please. Thank you very much.

You get what you pay for…
St Christopher hostels are always in a prime location and the dorms are always disgusting like living in a dumpster. This hostel has no lift, you have to checkin in the bar, the staff is never at the reception desk, the rooms are stinky dirty bed sporadically placed in the super tiny room. The en-suite bathroom is small stinky and dirty. Luckily I stayed only one night. It was the cheapest hostel in London so I got what I paid for. If you want loud, nasty, sleep in your own vomit type of environment St Christopher is your place. If you want clean odor free with amenities book elsewhere. I don’t recommend staying at any St Christopher hostels.

Easy book-in, clean, and neat. Loud music in the bar underneath with noise well into the morning. I had a very inconsiderate co-sharer in my dormitory, but cannot blame the venue for that. I would go there again.

I loved the room which is quite, clean and mainly no disturbs. Downstairs we have nice pub where live match are shown in bigger screen. Only one drawback is the break fast it should be improve a lot in terms of timing and food items. In my stay they closed the break fast 40 minutes before the closing time.

Convenient location and wonderful service
I have been staying at this hostel for the past 7 or 8 years. It is a convenient location and very safe. There used to be a kettle and free tea or coffee and breakfast was included in the price. I stayed at the hostel last December 2022 and that was the last time that those services were offered.

The room was clean, showers toilets clean, staff nice and obliging, bed comfortable. However, the room was over the bar and there was loud music every night until 2 am. Some night were worse than others. Friday and Saturday were worst, while mid week not so bad. Even ear plugs did not drown it all out.

Close to Eventim Apollo
Perfect location if you’re attending an event at the Hammersmith Eventim Apollo. It’s just above Belushi’s but the writing is small so it’s easy to miss. I’ve been to other branches of this hostel and I’m generally very satisfied with my stay every time. The beds are comfortable, toilets/showers are clean, staff is friendly. The only issue I had is that the music coming from the bar downstairs was too loud until very late so I had trouble sleeping even with ear plugs!

DO NOT BOOK.
Absolutely digusting. I came up to my room to someone in my bed, then i was told they had no beds left so i had to leave ... it was so cramped and absolutely disgusting!!! Smelled awful and was generally dirty, no lift so had to carry heavy things up flights of stairs and was falling apart! Also the club below was ridiculously noisy and expensive!!

The room was small and had no where to hang clothes (no wardrobe or chest of draws), Sink in the shower room was cold water as hot tap not working, but used the sink in the seperate toilet, but the main problem was the nightclub music blaring till 2pm. we were stopping over night to continue a long journey and needed to sleep due to early rise the next day. I would have liked it to have been mentioned about the music as would not have stayed there. Breakfast was good.

Wud stay again no drinking thought
Not bad didn't know about free drink. On arrival 1 said yes but 3day ask someone different she said don't due them. Strange drinks was dear as other William Morris 3£ 59 p pint Guinness

Small room so got very hot when there are a number of people in there. Other guests were 35+ and we’re coming and going a lot so making noise- I know the hostel can’t control this but it gives you a good idea of what the guests are like. Clean room and decent shower. Good location particularly if going to Heathrow but wouldn’t recommend for more than 1/2 nights

The location is right next to underground. Good to provide hair dryer. Has curtain for each bed, provides a bit of privacy. Water is hot enough for bathing. Provide microwave oven and kettle as well as water refilling, good for back packer. Quilt and pillow case are dirty, stains on it. Chewing gums are found at corners of the bed. Toilet is wet and dirty. Staff is always busy at the bar. Almost double charged me at counter while i paid online already (fyi, they do not do credit card refund). V noisy at night as the bar is on the ground floor so music keeps playing till midnight. What you paid is what you get. Not super unbearable but will be my second last choice next time

Good location but toilets need fixing
Clean hostel and fast check in. The female bathroom could be fixed as the toilet locker is broken on one and the other the toilet seat is off. Such easy repairs, yet it has been there serveral months.
