Insgesamt eine schöne Unterkunft, mit ein paar Schönheitsfehlern. Die Unterkunft hat absolut Charme und passt sehr gut im Gesamtenkonzept. Die Duscharmatur tropft relativ stark, dadurch hat sich auch leicht Schimmel an den Silikonfugen gebildet dies sollte man mal in Ordnung bringen. Nach und während der Benutzung der Sanitäranlagen aktiviert sich eine Pumpe die relativ laut war, mitten in der Nacht ist das für die Mitreisenden die bereits geschlafen haben schon etwas laut. Die Dachterrasse ist der Wahnsinn, super süß hergerichtet und schon ein Unikat in der Gegend. Die Gegend ist super, es ist ruhig und man ist trotzdem Recht zentral gelegen. Man erreicht die Innenstadt in wenigen Minuten U-Bahnfahrt. Ein großer super Markt ist wenige Meter entfernt und fußläufig sehr gut erreichbar. Ebenso wie ein sehr nettes Pub. Die Kommunikation war gut, lediglich dass das Haus zum Verkauf steht und es Potential zu Besichtigungen kommen könnte war uns erst nach der Buchung mitgeteilt worden. Insgesamt absolut empfehlenswert. Wir würden wieder kommen.
